“You do not need another fix.
You need a return.

The wisdom is still there—beneath the noise, beneath the exhaustion—waiting for you to listen.

About the book

Where two worlds
finally meet.

The Bridge is for the woman who has done everything she was told would make her feel well—yet still senses that something is off.

Drawing from nearly two decades in Western medicine and a deeply personal return to Ayurveda, Sonal Bhatia offers a compassionate way to understand the signals modern life teaches women to override.

01

Reframe the threshold

See midlife not as diminishment, but as a season of recalibration and renewal.

02

Understand your signals

Explore why fatigue, fog, and disconnection deserve context—not dismissal.

03

Return to rhythm

Build simple practices around food, rest, movement, and belonging that support wholeness.
